We are so excited to welcome THREE brand new whole bean coffees to the Dose Coffee Line: the Guatemala Ixlama, the Mexico Chiapas and the Brazil Signature Series. Each of these offerings adds something unique to our current offerings with the Brazil in particular offering our most accessible price point yet.

Guatemala Ixlama

An approachable coffee that appeals to the experienced drinker and enthusiastic novice alike, Ixlama is a great jumping off point for anyone. This coffee is roasted to let its round, clean sweetness shine through. Tasting notes of apple, chocolate and caramel can be found in every cup. 

Mexico Chiapas

The more you know: Chiapas, a southern Mexican city, is the leading coffee producing region in the country with more than 180,000 families contributing to the trade. A mountainous region with a dense rainforest creates the prime conditions for growing some of the highest quality coffee. 

This particular offering is a fully washed EP grade coffee, meaning it has a low defect rate due to the attention of quality control. A familiar, easy-to-drink comforting profile (honey, marzipan and spices) is the hallmark of the Chiapas.

Brazil Signature Series

The Brazil Signature Series is a blend of specialty coffees sourced from small farmers throughout Brazil combined to produce a high quality, classic Brazilian flavor profile. This coffee is a blend of coffees from three farmers, Neto Ribeiro, Marcelo Valdevino and Luiz Saldanha. Each producer has a unique story of hard work and persistence but the consistent thread is their pursuit of the highest quality coffee built on the foundation of sustainable cultivation. Combined, these coffees give us a traditional chocolatey, nutty profile that we keep coming back to. Most importantly, this coffee serves to satisfy those looking for a more dark roast profile and mouth feel and is offered at our most affordable price point.
